For this, the government has prepared My MY Ration app, which you can easily get from Google Play Store. In which you will get many services, many customers will still be away from this facility or they will not have show any knowledge about it.
Ration Card E-KYC
Through MY Ration App, the customer can see the amount available to them as well as the receipt. Also, services related to ration card like Aadhaar and mobile status, public distribution system, Aadhaar E-KYC , unlinked mobile, unlinked Aadhaar and other services will be available from your mobile at home.
How to do Ration Card E-KYC?
Step 1. Download MY Ration App from Play Store.
Step 2. Enter the mobile number of the person whose name is the ration card, then verify the OTP will come
Step 3. Then go to the profile and set the password and link the ration card.
Step 4. After doing this, go to the homepage and select the Aadhaar E-KYC option.
Step 5. Now a new window will open in which Aadhaar face reader AadhaarFaceRD App link will be given after downloading it, it will not show on mobile.
Step 6. Then click on the Get Card Details button by clicking on the check box below.
Step 7. Then a new window will open in which you will see the number of the ration card you have linked and enter a code below it in the box next to it and click on Get Card Member Details button.
Step 8. Now a new window will open in which the names of the members who are in the ration card will appear here and E-KYC Yes or No will appear against each name.
Step 9. Now click on Select Member for Aadhaar E-KYC button to verify the name which is written against No and select the name from it and click on Aadhaar E-KYC button in this member.
Step 10. Now in the new window that opens click on the Generate OPT button by clicking on the check box against consent and then verify it by entering the OTP.
Step 11. After entering the OTP, the Aadharface reader app will start and take a selfie of the person to be verified, which must be circled in green color (eyeblink is required)
Step 12. After the green color is circled, the details of the person to be verified will appear. Then click on the checkbox and submit, then a successful message will appear.
While doing Ration Card E-KYC, if there is any error while doing Aadhaar verification of the person, try again after some time. Or it also happens that there is an old mobile number entered in the Aadhaar card and if that number is currently with you, first of all you need to update the mobile number in the Aadhaar card.
